I am Barnaby Benavides and I’m a Hospitality Member that accidentaly turned Guest Care, Actively Blogger and passionate hotels associate living in the Caribbean.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to most complex questions. Whether it is finding a perfect book to thrill or a rare product for a rocket. I’ve been quickly uncover a customer’s pain and identify a strategic solution.
With my refined seasonal skill set, I bring guest-centric mindfulness that enables firms to innovate and thrive. This is what I’ve done for my previous companies at Marriott International as Guest Specialist Agent and it’s what I continue to do on Small Luxury Hotels Of The World, Divi Resorts and others chains where I provided technical hospitality expertise on different facilities.
My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner. I am currently studying Entrepreneurial strategy and management consulting online through Linkedin Learning Courses.
